For our next meeting we will need to discuss the standing committees (Article IX Committees/Coordinators) and do our best to recruit coordinators.
1) Event Coordinator
2) Communications Coordinator
3) Volunteer Coordinator
4) Facilities Assistance Coordinator
* Also note on the calendar I shared I did push the monthly meetings with Parent Info (formerly ROI) to 6pm instead of 630pm just in case we have more than a 1/2 hour worth of business on those evenings.
Next scheduled mingle is set for: Tuesday, June 10 @ 630pm
First official Directors meeting: Tuesday, July 8 @ 630pm
